On the last patch day in 2021, Windows 11 received the third official maintenance update since its release in October. It brings the latest security updates, some bug fixes and newly designed emojis for all users.
Anyone who’s installed the optional update since late November already knows the new emoji that controversial discussion Because on one hand the looks are debatable and on the other they are different from what Microsoft showed at the launch of Windows 11.
In addition, some bugs have been fixed in Explorer and a bug in the volume control of Bluetooth devices has been fixed.
official changelog of dec-update KB5008215, which updates OS build to 22000.376, doesn’t give much, instead refers to the optional update Microsoft already mentioned KB5007262 from the end of November. All changes described therein are also contained in this update.
