Why should we save the oceans? There are many different answers to this. They are vital to sustaining the climate – and to the fish protein diet. Children reading the new book may answer: Because of how exciting and beautiful the life of plants and animals is in the ocean.
The work is based on the BBC series »The Blue Planet II«, which debuted in 2018, the first episode of which had over 14 million viewers and ran in 30 countries. This is followed by a non-fiction book for children ages 8 and older, the first of four parts with the subtitle “The Ocean” now published.
