The Netherlands – A man in Almelo shot a crossbow from a balcony on Friday. As police told BILD, two people were killed and two were injured, including the alleged perpetrator.
According to the information of BILD, on Friday morning the officials were informed about M.T. moved to a building in Steinstraat called. There they came across the man who was shooting the crossbow from his balcony.
The police had to shoot the crossbow man and later managed to arrest him. It is not yet clear how the perpetrator was injured. Police are also investigating whether the two dead were killed by a crossbowman or stabbed.

Police did not provide any information about the identity of the shooter and the deceased. At present, the relatives are being informed. A spokesman also told the Telegraph newspaper that there was no terroristic motive.
In the early hours of Friday, police warned the population to avoid the area under attack.
The mayor of Almelo, Arjen Gerritsson (51, VVD), commented on the crossbow amok on Twitter: “I am shocked and shocked by the very serious incident in Mt. this morning. Steinstraat.
