The turf war concerning Bihar Police and Mumbai Police about the probe into the loss of life of actor Sushant Singh Rajput took a more really serious turn just after the Bihar police chief accused Mumbai Law enforcement of “forcibly” quarantining an officer sent to Mumbai to guide the probe. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has reacted to the tussle, indicating it is “not political”.
The Bihar law enforcement chief, in late-evening tweets, alleged that a senior IPS officer sent from Patna was “forcibly quarantined” by civic authorities in Mumbai.
“IPS officer Vinay Tiwari arrived at Mumbai currently from Patna on formal duty to lead the police staff there but he has been forcibly quarantined by BMC officials at 11pm currently,” Bihar Director Basic of Police (DGP) Gupteshwar Pandey tweeted late previous evening, together with a photograph of the officer’s hand that has a quarantine stamp demonstrating the isolation time period tillĀ August 15.
“He was not offered accommodation in the IPS Mess irrespective of ask for and was being in a guest home in Goregaw (Goregaon),” the Bihar police chief explained.

In the meantime, Mumbai Police resources say that although they have supplied full cooperation to the group from Patna, the Bihar Police staff has not adopted protocols and courtesies that are due while conducting investigations in the jurisdiction of one more power, in particular when there is an on-going investigation.
Resources say Bihar Law enforcement hasĀ not kept Mumbai Law enforcement educated about its moves and the persons it desires to concern in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s dying in June.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
The Bihar police started a parallel investigation following the actor’s family submitted a circumstance in Patna.
