Stuttgart (DPA/LSW) – Rumors about a change to another agency and a possible departure from Borna Sousa are unrelated to interim coach Michael Wimmer from Bundesliga soccer club VfB Stuttgart. “I can only talk about Borna Sosa as a person. He shows in every game how important he is to the team. Of course he would be hard to lose. But I’m not guessing,” from Duel Wimmer said a day earlier. Tuesdays with Hertha BSc (8.30pm/Sky). Sousa, whose contract expires in June 2025, has been repeatedly linked with other clubs in recent seasons.

The 24-year-old left-back has joined the “ICM Stellar” agency, the consulting firm announced via Instagram. Sosa is “now part of our family and relies on our expertise in planning for its future,” Post says. Michael Reschke works there, who brought Sosa to VfB as then sporting director and most recently sat in the stands at the Stuttgart Arena.

As a Croatia international, Sosa has the opportunity to present himself at the World Cup in Qatar, which starts on 20 November. In the preliminary round he plays with Croatia in Group F against Belgium, Canada and Morocco.
