Gaga had two male candidates in the game show “Get the F*ck Out of My House” in 2018. The issue was that 100 participants lived for a month in a house that had room for only four residents. Trouble was inevitable and the show was a concept.

The one who lasted the longest won 100,000 euros. However, as the audience lost stamina, it was no longer fun after season two.

But now comes the continuity in the court. Plaintiff Jens Gee claims that before the final round there was an agreement between the last three off-show candidates: no matter who wins, the other two pay 20,000 euros each. According to “ProSieben”, such agreements were also allowed.

According to plaintiff’s attorney, but winner Oliver N. Didn’t follow it, didn’t pay any money.

The district court must now clarify whether this agreement existed at all and whether it was a legally valid oral contract. Runner-up Simon J is to testify as a witness.

The matter will be heard next Tuesday.
