Multivision show about Norway, Sweden and Canada at Gutersloh Town Hall

The Globetrotter invites all those who wish to indulge their wanderlust to the Gutersloh Town Hall in two multi-vision shows that are well worth watching. Two multi-vision shows will be presented on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in the small hall of the Gutersloh Town Hall. The multi-vision show “Norway and Sweden all year round” starts at 3 pm. The focus of this digital film and picture slideshow is Norway, but a third will also include impressions of the Swedish west coast, the lake-rich region of Dalsland, the Swedish Inland Railway and the far north of Swedish Lapland. In addition to the pristine natural landscapes, pictures of the vibrant capital cities of Oslo and Stockholm are shown captivatingly. The arc in Norway extends from Oslo, through the fjordland, to Lofoten and Vesteralen, and across the vastness of Lapland. These and many other impressions of the beautiful Norwegian and Swedish natural landscape will be complemented by spectacular aerial photographs and fast-paced driving videos in this detailed digital slideshow for the first time. The journalist covered more than 4,000 kilometers in two trips by bike alone from May to September in Norway and Sweden. In winter you can go without a bike through a dreamy landscape covered with snow, on which the mysterious northern lights twinkle. Reinhard Pantke explains that all photos and films were taken in 2017 and have not yet been shown.

At 5.30 p.m. the multivision show “6,000 Kilometers from Vancouver to Halifax” continues. Travel journalist and author Reinhard Pantke once again cycled more than 6,000km in the summer of 2018 in Canada, the second largest country in the world. The adventure tour began in May in Vancouver on Canada’s west coast and ended with the start of the Indian summer in Halifax on the east coast in late September. Ten years ago he had made a similar journey with other stations. In between are four months of fun, adventure and interesting encounters with the spectacular Rocky Mountains, Ontario’s vast lake and forest landscape, diverse Quebec, maritime Nova Scotia, and land; People and local wildlife. But some cities, such as Vancouver, Calgary and Quebec, have also been featured in fascinating picture and film scenes. All photos and movies were made in 2018.
