dmp files can be helpful for blue screen

In case of blue screen, mini.dmp files are created in the system, which are used for evaluation in the platform,

1. choose in system control , system and security , Management out.
2. choose advanced System Settings off, and then tab Expansion
3. select in area Startup and Recovery alternative Adjustment
4. make sure below save debug information kernel memory dump or that small memory dump is selected.
5. restart the computer

By default, automatic memory dumps are saved in the file C:\Windows\Minidump\.dmp written.
Please copy the last 5, if existing files, to the desktop, and then pack them as an archive and upload them to us as a rar or zip file
