Meghan and Harry really didn’t hesitate for long: engagement in November 2017, wedding in May 2018, the birth of son Archie a year later, followed by baby Lillibet in June 2021.

Eight-time Olympic gold medalist Bolt and Prince Harry became friends in 2012 in Usain’s homeland, Jamaica. The Queen sent her grandson on an official four-day visit to the Caribbean island state as part of the Diamond Jubilee. Usain and Harry fooled around on the career path to the “University of the West Indies”, giving a little sprint – the fastest man in the world even let Prince win.
Usain and Harry kept in touch, exchanging messages regularly on Twitter. When the prince announced his engagement to then-actress Meghan Markle in November 2017, Usain vowed to have three bachelorette parties for his friend Harry. But nothing came out of it. On the contrary, the connection was lost.

Did Meghan break up the friendship?
Usain Bolt isn’t the only dude who has been secretly dumped. Harry’s former best friend and Eton College collaborator Tom Inskip was also on the hit list. An insider told “The Express” in 2019: “He was removed, like some other teammates from Harry’s bachelor days, because he was seen as a dubious influence (…).”
