Warner Bros. Discovery is shutting down news streaming service CNN+ just a month after its launch.

The service will be discontinued on 30th April. As reported by the news channel on Thursday itself, The decision was made following the merger of former CNN mother Warner Media with its rival Discovery to form the new media conglomerate Warner Bros. Discovery, about two weeks earlier.

CNN+ customers will receive a pro-rata refund of their subscription fee. The report said that the views of the new management are contrary to the views of the previous management. The new boss, David Zaslav, wants to bundle all brands into a single service.
