WLAN card not recognized in PCIe (after hibernation/standby)

Front Fan: 1x 140mm Keep Calm Net Fan
2 preinstalled [118802],
Rear Fan: 1x 140mm Keep Calm Pure Fan 2

Retrofitted: A 2M.2 SSD and an older 3.5 HD also running as a data grab

The WLAN card in the PCIe slot is recognized only (and even then not always) after a restart.

3. What steps have you already taken/tried to resolve this issue and what did it do?
2 x Tickets Bought

Asus PCE-AC58BT

TP-Link Archer TX3000E

each has the same effect
tried different slots
BIOS reset
Tried different versions of PCIe setting in BIOS (1-3, Auto)
Change/Reset Power Settings in Windows
Change/Reset Power Settings in BIOS
Current drivers installed – No signal from Windows when plugged in – Cards not recognized at all – At least the WLAN part – Bluetooth already – It stays active even after hibernation/standby
