Yama! Brands, Inc., The company behind the popular gastro chain pizza Hut, Recently announced new plant-based menu options for its customers in Canada called Beyond Meat, Inc. Designed in partnership with. The announcement is part of a wider collaboration between the two brands after the company unveiled meat-free alternatives to Beyond Meat in the United States and the United Kingdom in November 2020.

One of the new plant-based menu items is Beyond Italian Sausage Crumble, which recreates the flavor of Pizza Hut’s Italian Pork Sausage with the help of plant-based protein. Pizza “The Great Beyond” features fresh veggie toppings such as tomatoes, red onions and spicy banana peppers, which are served on Pizza Hut’s Crust Pizza, paired with Beyond Italian Sausage. Alfredo Loaded Flatbread consists of a crunchy flatbread topped with flavorful Italian sausage crumble, roasted red peppers, creamy alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese. Beyond Creamy Alfredo (a pasta dish) includes Beyond Italian Sausage Crumble, Onion, Mushroom and Mozzarella Cheese.

New menu items will be available for a limited time at Pizza Hut stores in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Milton, Oakville and Edmonton. They can also be obtained online and through app purchases with contactless distribution and archiving.
