Hit star Helen Fisher (38) is currently in Canada and training with Cirque du Soleil dancers and acrobats for her upcoming tour. She keeps her Instagram followers updated with an Advent calendar of sorts.

“Hey, dear, first of all it’s a wonderful December 1st – my favorite month is starting. But I still have a little work to do before I can really enjoy the pre-Christmas period. I’m currently in Montreal. I am and am preparing for my first tour next year. The tour begins in Bremen on 21 March and ends in Frankfurt on 8 October.
