California governor orders closure of bars and indoor dining at dining establishments

California Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered Monday all counties in the point out to near indoor routines at eating places, bars, wineries, tasting rooms, motion picture theaters, family entertainment facilities, zoos and museums.
