There was more chicken than expected: A KFC customer in London got not only fried chicken wings, but a whole chicken head in his order!

A woman named Gabrielle was unpleasantly surprised when she placed her order when she pulled out a whole chicken head, including the eyes and beak, from the bag.

In fact, she only expected fried chicken wings and hence left a disgusting review on the internet with a picture of the braided skull.

Nonetheless, the chain naturally apologized to the frustrated Gabrielle and offered her some free meals and restaurant tours.
