Mark Forster: Singer plumbs cameraman at 5 a.m.

BERLIN – Mark Forster gets up early on Saturday morning (June 12). “5:51 AM, ladies and gentlemen. Because light is good, he said. Light! ’” he grumbles in his Instagram story, panning to his cameraman. Both are in the middle of a main street in Berlin.

Mark Forster is probably not a morning person

“Honestly, if you want awesome lighting, buy yourself a lamp!” The singer continues. Oh, oh, no morning person at all. “It’s 5:52 a.m., there’s no one on the street,” says Mark Forster again. And his cameraman “Ursi”? Stop until the singer grumbles. But there is also a greeting for the followers. “Friends, when you see all this, when you wake up, in four hours, a good morning from me and from Ursi.”

But what are they both doing so quickly in the middle of Berlin? Mark Forster answers this too – albeit not by meaning very seriously: “Secret project. All I’ll say is this: it has something to do with my tea. I’m bringing an iced tea soon, ‘Forstee’ ” It’s just bullshit – but the name sure sounds cool. In any case, Mark Forster could have gotten some suggestions directly from other musician collaborators. Capital Bra recently launched an iced tea – and Pietro Lombardi an ice cream.

During the shooting, the cameraman even says goodbye for a moment. Reason enough for Mark to start rolling over again: He’ll be “very tired. But I’ll move on on my own.” But that doesn’t help resolve the situation any better than the next story snapshot, in which Forster stands in the woods with a stick. “Just don’t ask,” he remarks.

Possible solution for the ominous “secret project”? The 38-year-old recently announced new music. Is there a new music video waiting for fans soon?
