DBritish top model Naomi Campbell became a mother for the first time at the age of 50. On Tuesday, Campbell surprisingly published a picture on her Instagram channel, in which she is holding some of her tiny feet in her hand. “A wonderful little blessing chose me to be her mother,” the little girl born supermodel wrote.
“I feel so honored to have found this gentle soul in my life, I have no words to describe the lifelong bond I share with you now, my angel. There is no greater love,” she said. Campbell did not provide any further details.
The 50-year-old said that she first toyed with the idea of becoming a mother. In 2017, she told Evening Standard magazine that she was “thinking about it all the time”. But thanks to science, “I think I can do it if I want”.
When asked by WSJ magazine about her desire to have children in 2019, she replied with these words: “Not now – I’ll see what the universe will bring me.”
The supermodel is still in demand for a photo shoot for a magazine cover. She also works as a reality TV star and is especially involved in charitable causes and aid organizations in Africa.
