Primary Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Leh, Ladakh, early this morning for the initial time right after the June 15 clash with China in which 20 soldiers ended up killed in the line of duty. The PM interacted with troopers in forward positions in what is observed as a big morale booster for the forces and a strong information for China.
Images confirmed PM Modi sitting down in a camouflage tent with Main of Defence Staff Basic Bipin Rawat and Military Chief MM Naravane as he spoke to the troops, seated at a length from each and every other in opposition to the backdrop of the Himalayas.
In accordance to the Primary Minister’s business office, he was at a forward site in Nimu. He reached there early in the morning and will return later on now.
Situated at 11,000 feet, the location is among the world’s hardest terrains, surrounded by the Zanskar selection and on the banking companies of the river Indus.

“People who eyed Indian territory in Ladakh have obtained a befitting reaction. If India is familiar with how to keep friendship, it can also confront anyone and give an sufficient response. Our brave troopers created it very clear that they will not permit any one to taint the honour of Mom India,” PM Modi explained on Sunday.
Military resources say the Chinese endured 45 casualties during the late-night skirmish on June 15.
