He himself recently found that resignations are not necessarily bad. “In fact, it’s a sign that knowing yourself comes with a need for change,” says Royal. “Many people around the world are stuck in jobs that didn’t bring them joy – and now they put their mental health and happiness first. It’s something that should be celebrated.”
