Princess Charlene of Monaco smiles again: first sign of life after collapse - royals

At last his smile is back.

Princess Charlene von Monaco (43) is smiling on both ears – and her fans are smiling too: On Sunday, the princess posted her first sign of life since her fall in early September.

She wears black, with a pearl necklace hanging around her neck, and her hair parted in the middle. After prolonged medical exertion, Prince Albert’s wife finds support in God: apparently a Bible is lying in front of her – noting the greeting of 342,000 followers: “God bless” (“God bless”) Charlene. Writes about the photo, adds a heart emoji.

Apparently the princess is finally getting better.

His fans are also delighted: “How nice to see you laugh”, “Beautiful photo” and “You look better” they comment.

Tough times for Princess Charlene

In May, the 43-year-old had an ear, nose and throat infection and complications developed during treatment. So the princess is no longer allowed to fly and is stuck in South Africa. Most recently, Albert (63) and their children Jacques and Gabriella (both 6) visited the ailing Charlene in late August – And after a while she left without him.

Only days later, the former swimmer reportedly collapsed due to medical complications. Prince Albert’s wife had to be taken to the clinic.

She has been separated from husband Albert and their twins for months. Hence there was speculation about love crisis, but both denied it.

When does she come home?

There is a lot of tension for the princess and the mother of two who just wants to be with her family. When Charlene will eventually be able to return to Monaco remains uncertain. Albert said “People“Journal in September that it “depends on what your doctors say” – possibly “end of October”.

The prince continued: “She joked that she was ready to board a ship to return to Europe.”

Because she will accept anything for her children.
