Kraut, who holds dual US and Canadian citizenship, has made 14 appearances for Canada’s top-flight club York United this season, contributing three goals, and made two appearances for Canada’s U20 side. Last season, he gained experience in German football with the U19 selection of SSV Ulm in the A-Junior Bundesliga South/Southwest.
