British pop star came out safe again…
On New Year’s Eve 2019, Rod Stewart (76) and his son Sean (41) flirted with a security worker in Florida – and were violent. Both have now accepted this.
Certainly without any ulterior motives…
Rod Stewart: Miami Brawl
The incident occurred after Stewart, his son Sean and other family members, including children, were refused entry to a party in the children’s area of a Florida hotel.
This led to a violent argument with a hotel employee responsible for security. Now, almost two years later, the settlement: according to the BBC, Rod Stewart has revealed through his lawyer that he had made a confession.
Reason: He wanted to avoid “inconvenience and unnecessary burden” of legal proceedings. Or also: Avoid a possible prison sentence. Because: The rock star gets away with his confession of a possible formal conviction in a criminal case.

According to the US Attorney’s spokesperson, the victim of the attack had no objection.
This was not his first conflict with the law for Sean. In 2002, the reality star was arrested after assaulting a man outside a Malibu restaurant.
