Best performance of the season in Render cost resource Inc (TSX:), which closed 17.20% or 1.82 points higher at 12.40. Altus Group Limited (TSX:) meanwhile ended at 67.51, adding 13.16% or 7.85 points. Organigram Holdings Inc. (TSX:) was up 6.25% or 0.21 points at 3.57 at the close of trade.
worst performance of the season Village Farms International Inc. (TSX:), which fell 6.03%, or 0.72 points, to close at 11.23. Lithium America Corp. (TSX:) closed at 22.56, down 5.61% or 1.34 points. Westport Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX:) was down 4.50%, or 0.26 points, at 5.62.
Advances on the Toronto Stock Exchange ended unchanged, falling 507 to 458 and 112.
Altus Group Ltd (TSX:) shares hit all-time high; With a gain of 13.16% or 7.85 to 67.51.
The S&P/TSX, which measures the implied volatility of options, was unchanged at 0% at 11.27.
Gold futures for delivery in December rose 1.58%, or $27.65, to $1,779.45 per troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, crude for delivery in September fell 1.58%, or $1.09, to $68.00 a barrel, while the October Brent oil contract was down 1.51%, or 1.08, to trade at $70.23 a barrel.
CAD/USD was up 0.13% at 0.7991 while CAD/EUR was down 0.44% at 0.6774.
US dollar index futures were down 0.58% at 92.502.
