Noel is experiencing a special moment: the 27-year-old is seeing and feeling snow for the first time in his life.
Noel Bako grew up in Zimbabwe. Snow only knows this from television.

Noel met his wife, Gemma, in Gueru in 2019 while working as a procurement officer. He worked there as a volunteer. He approached her at work and they fell in love.
The couple married in March 2021 and applied for a spousal visa, which was accepted in June 2022.
They now live together in Malvern in the south-west of England.
Gemma says her husband is experiencing many things for the first time, but seeing the first snowfall was special.
