These are all finalists in “Germany’s Next Top Model” 2022 – along with Martina and Lou-Anne, mother and daughter in GNTM finals for the first time. In episode 16, there are last hurdles to be overcome before the grand finale – and they are tough. The semifinalists face a high-altitude shoot in which they are tied to a swinging pole in flowing robes of no more than four metres. At the end of the spectacular decision walk, the second test for six models, five finalists are named. Women supermodel Heidi and guest juror Lenny Klum, presents black robes with a special twist: Women wear a breezy crinoline over elegant vinyl and leather outfits.

Five final tickets, six models: who will celebrate in the semi-finals?

Martina can convince everyone along the line in the deciding move and is the first to reach the final. “You walk like a queen,” is Heidi’s clear decision. Whether or not Martina manages to be part of the first mother-daughter duo other than first best Ezrin in the GNTM Finals is up to their daughter Lou-Anne. The 19-year-old remains as relaxed as ever during the furious decision walk and even secures one final ticket: “I’ll see how you enjoy being on the catwalk,” enthuses the model boss. Luca and Anita follow suit, with Anita even receiving a special compliment: Lenny Klum calls her her favourite.

In the end, the decision falls between Noella and Liselot. They appear together before the jury. Both were convincing on the walk, but were the weakest on the shoot. Although Heidi clearly finds it difficult, her judgment is: “Unfortunately, there’s one discipline you couldn’t believe in, Liselotte — and that’s Jobs.” That makes it clear: The final final ticket goes to Noella, who leads the job rankings in Season 17.

GNTM 2022: Here are today’s five finalists

Liselot is to leave GNTM 2022 shortly before the final. Heidi nonetheless encourages the model to take pride in her achievement: “At 66, you’re the oldest semifinalist ever.” These five women have made it through and will fight for the title on May 26 in Cologne:
