Apple has released iOS 15.0.2 and iPadOS 15.0.2 for iPhones and iPads thus fixing some minor bugs in iOS 15. watchOS is getting bug fixes too

In addition to iOS and iPadOS, watchOS 8 has also received an update to version 8.0.1, which fixes the following issues:
