“Most Googled” Anime
The rating provides information about which anime was »Googled « how often in the most famous search engines and how high the share of related anime is in global anime related search queries. Due to the very high level of interest in the form of search queries, it is certainly also possible to draw conclusions about the popularity of the anime in question.
In the final evaluation, »Naruto« took first place with a share of 16.2% of all anime-specific search queries. “Pokémon” followed with 8.8% and “Demon Slayer” the other two spots on the podium with 7.8%. You can see the top 10 in the table below.
It should also come as no surprise that “Naruto” is the most searched for anime title in many of the 146 countries rated. Among 93 countries, the shnen title ranks first in this category. “Pokémon” (16) and “Attack on Titan” (11) walk a short distance.
Finally, Broadband Choice also created its own top 5 most searched anime for each country. For Germany, it would be “Naruto” in first place, “Pokémon” in second, “Demon Slayer” in third place, “One Piece” in fourth, and “Attack on Titan” in fifth.
