New moderator for “Sat.1 Breakfast Television”

Morning Magazine may be expecting a newcomer: Philipp Isterkiewicz will soon be celebrating his “breakfast television” premiere.

The team of “Sat.1-Frühstücksfernsehen” had to face several goodbyes in the last few months. In early 2022, presenter Annika Lau switched to competitor RTL. In October, Amira Troeger announced that she wanted to turn herself in professionally. He presented the Celebrity News of the Morning Magazine. A few days ago it was announced that Max Opal is also leaving his post on the news desk after five years.

But his successor has already been found: Philipp Isterkiewicz. He will make his morning debut as a news anchor later this year, Sat.1 announced on Twitter on Friday. From 27 December, the moderator alternated with Ina Dietz and Jule Golsdorf to present the news on “Sat.1 Breakfast Television”. “This is an absolute dream job for me,” the 30-year-old says on Instagram.

And a huge career move for the Munich native, who had long been known for her voice. At the age of twelve he was already in the microphone as a children’s moderator at Radio Feuerwerk, in the following years he moderated on stations such as Energie Munich and BigFM before moving to 1Live in 2013. He also gained experience at Köln.tv and ARD “Morgenmagazin”. For several months he has been in front of the camera for the regional window Sat.1 NRW. Now go straight to the main event.
