There were only three left: a week before the grand finale of “Let’s Dance” the next star of the show was chosen. Thus, the finalists of the 15th season have been determined.
Friday evening “Let’s Dance” was supposed to reach the finals. For the first time this year, celebrities had to hover over the dance floor three times. Most of all, René Casselli impressed the judges. The artist received a total of 84 points from the jury.
Janine Ullman received full marks for her rumba, but overall she “only” got 80 points with all three dances. Things got even worse for Amira Pochar and Mathias Meester. The presenter and athlete received 73 and 72 points for their dance. Thus, the athlete finished last on Friday evening.
point at a glance
- René Casselli: 28 + 29 + 27 = 84 points
- Janine Ullman: 26 + 30 + 24 = 80 Marks
- Amira Pochar: 23 + 28 + 22 = 73 Marks
- Mathias Meister: 24 + 29 + 19 = 72 Marks
But who really has to leave the show is decided not only by the judges, but by the audience as well – and they saved Mathias Meester from being evicted. The 35-year-old received more calls than his rival, who was six years younger. So it danced for Amira Pochar and her dance partner Massimo Sinato in episode eleven.
