Cologne (SID) – The third round of the Formula 1 season is expected on May 2 in Portimo / Portugal. It was announced by Motorsport Premier Class on Friday. This means that the calendar for the 2021 season, which begins in Bahrain on 28 March, is a record 23 races.
Last October, Portimao hosted a Formula 1 race for the first time, and Portugal celebrated its return to the Grand Prix calendar after 25 years on the circuit near the coast. Lewis Hamilton’s victory attracted 27,000 spectators.
