The halftime show gets almost as much buzz in America as the Super Bowl. Rap giants Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige perform together.

Behind it is: They give up their normal performance fees in exchange for the publicity that comes with playing in front of 800 million television viewers worldwide.

BILD is on site in Los Angeles — and heard some rumors around Sophie Stadium ahead of the Super Bowl between the LA Rams and Cincinnati Bengals.

The NFL should bring Tupac Shakur back to life!

The rap icon, who was shot down in 1996, is said to appear as a hologram. And Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. They would then sing the hit song “California Love” together, originally recorded by Tupac and Dre in 1995.

Tupac’s resurgence in virtual form has happened before. Earlier in 2012 at the Coachella Music Festival – with Dre and Snoop. At the time, the 3D show was created in just six weeks by Janelle Croshaw, visual effects supervisor at Oscar-winning studio Digital Domain, and her team.
